Refund & Live Arrival Guarantee Policy

Live Arrival Guarantee (Local Pickup / Delivery Only):

  • We guarantee live arrival for all shrimp picked up in person or delivered locally.

  • Buyers are responsible for ensuring proper acclimation to their tanks after receipt.

  • Once shrimp leave our possession and have been confirmed healthy at pickup/delivery, responsibility transfers to the buyer.

 

No Refunds or Returns After Pickup

Due to the sensitivity and biological nature of live shrimp:

  • We do not accept returns once shrimp have been delivered or picked up.

  • No refunds will be issued for deaths occurring after pickup, unless due to a verified issue on our end (e.g., misidentified species, incorrect count).

  • If you can no longer keep your shrimp and are unable to re-home them, please reach out to me.

📦 Local Delivery Issues

If you receive dead on arrival (DOA) shrimp during a scheduled local delivery:

  • Please notify us within 1 hour of receiving the shrimp.

  • Provide clear photos of the shrimp in the unopened bag/container.

  • Verified DOAs will be refunded or replaced at our discretion.

 

⚠️ Terms & Conditions

  • Buyer must be present at the agreed-upon pickup time; missed pickups may forfeit the live arrival guarantee.

  • We are not responsible for deaths due to improper acclimation, poor water parameters, or incompatible tankmates.

  • All sales are final once shrimp are in the buyer’s possession in good health.
