Refund & Live Arrival Guarantee Policy
Live Arrival Guarantee (Local Pickup / Delivery Only):

We guarantee live arrival for all shrimp picked up in person or delivered locally.

Buyers are responsible for ensuring proper acclimation to their tanks after receipt.

Once shrimp leave our possession and have been confirmed healthy at pickup/delivery, responsibility transfers to the buyer.
❌ No Refunds or Returns After Pickup
Due to the sensitivity and biological nature of live shrimp:

We do not accept returns once shrimp have been delivered or picked up.

No refunds will be issued for deaths occurring after pickup, unless due to a verified issue on our end (e.g., misidentified species, incorrect count).

If you can no longer keep your shrimp and are unable to re-home them, please reach out to me.
📦 Local Delivery Issues
If you receive dead on arrival (DOA) shrimp during a scheduled local delivery:

Please notify us within 1 hour of receiving the shrimp.

Provide clear photos of the shrimp in the unopened bag/container.

Verified DOAs will be refunded or replaced at our discretion.

Buyer must be present at the agreed-upon pickup time; missed pickups may forfeit the live arrival guarantee.

We are not responsible for deaths due to improper acclimation, poor water parameters, or incompatible tankmates.

All sales are final once shrimp are in the buyer’s possession in good health.
